In accordance with European and Spanish legislation, you benefit from a secure framework for returns. We ensure that every request is handled with care.
Right of Withdrawal
You have a period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to justify any reason.
Products excluded from returns
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned:
- Cosmetic products that have been opened or used.
- Products whose protective packaging has been opened.
- Personalized items or items damaged due to improper use.
How to make a return?
Contact us within 14 days. Products must be unopened, unused and in their original packaging.
⚠️ Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in case of our error or defective product.
Refunds
After inspection of your return, the refund will be issued to the same payment method used during the purchase, within a maximum period of 14 days.
Shipping Conditions
Free delivery (from 49€) and reduced shipping rates are only available for orders with a total weight under 2 kg.
For any order exceeding 2 kg, standard shipping fees will be automatically applied depending on the package weight and destination.
For large orders exceeding 5 kg, please contact us directly to arrange delivery.
